Cultural Competency: Leading in a Multicultural Setting

This two-part workshop explores the skillset and expertise needed to lead and thrive in multicultural settings, such as schools or any organization. The topics of privilege, the cultural iceberg, poverty culture and assumptive thinking that plagues multicultural relationships will be explored in this workshop. Additionally, your work team or leadership team will craft a plan of action dedicated towards 1-year, 3-year, and 6-year multicultural growth goals that can be incorporated into any strategic planning for your school or organization.
